JQR092/JQR094 Series Maintenance
Inspection, lubrication and maintenance guidance for JQR092 and JQR094 series.
Daily Inspection
Check wheel wear, cracks, deformation, abnormal noise, looseness and debris. Clean the wheel and bracket regularly.
Lubrication Maintenance
Lubricate every 1–3 months depending on use. Use suitable lithium-based grease or lubricating oil and inject through all grease nipples.
Load & Environment
Do not exceed rated load. Avoid prolonged overload, extreme temperatures, moisture and unsuitable chemical exposure.
Periodic Maintenance
Inspect bearings, axles and seals every 6–12 months. Replace badly worn or damaged parts.
Usage Precautions
Avoid strong impacts, sharp obstacles and mismatched caster specifications on the same AGV.
Special Applications
Increase inspection frequency for intensive, outdoor or clean-environment applications.
Maintenance Tools
Prepare wrenches, screwdrivers, brushes, grease gun, lubricant, cleaner, dry cloth and anti-rust spray.
Troubleshooting
For stiff rotation, abnormal noise, loose wheels or uneven wear, inspect lubrication, bearings, axle, installation and load distribution.
